Currently, we are nearing the halfway point of the renovation schedule. The initial demolition and structural repairs are complete. This phase included addressing foundational issues, reinforcing key support beams, and updating outdated plumbing and electrical systems – essential groundwork for a long-lasting and high-quality final product.

We are now focusing on the cosmetic and functional upgrades, including:

  • Kitchen & Bathrooms: Installation of new cabinetry, countertops, and modern appliances are underway in the kitchen and all bathrooms. We’ve prioritized durable, stylish materials to appeal to a broad range of potential buyers.
  • Flooring & Painting: New, durable flooring is being installed throughout the house. Interior painting is progressing according to our design plan, utilizing a neutral color palette to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.
  • Exterior Enhancements: Landscaping improvements are scheduled to commence shortly, focusing on enhancing curb appeal and creating an attractive outdoor space. This includes new plantings, lawn restoration, and potentially a new patio area.

Challenges & Solutions:

Like any renovation project, we have encountered minor challenges. Unexpected delays with specific material deliveries have required us to be flexible and adaptable, re-prioritizing tasks to maintain momentum.
