- Kitchen & Bathrooms: Installation of new cabinetry, countertops, and modern appliances are underway in the kitchen and all bathrooms. We’ve prioritized durable, stylish materials to appeal to a broad range of potential buyers.
- Flooring & Painting: New, durable flooring is being installed throughout the house. Interior painting is progressing according to our design plan, utilizing a neutral color palette to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.
